From the mobile number being enrolled, the employee independently sends:

Verify active employment
Castlepoint checks the requester and mobile number against its current active employee roster. A person who cannot be verified as an active employee is not enrolled. This eligibility check does not replace or imply SMS consent.

Receive confirmation
Castlepoint Wealth Advisors: You are enrolled in optional recurring internal employee text alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.
Castlepoint may retain a signed acknowledgment, active-roster verification, and the START confirmation as its consent record. Enrollment is activated only after the employee's START message and successful active-employee verification.

Internal operations only
Low-volume messages may include schedules, office or system notices, internal task and workflow alerts, and CRM assistant notifications. This program is not used for marketing.
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on internal operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program provides internal operational communications and no marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, account, transaction, employment, compensation, benefits, duties, or workplace access.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Castlepoint may change or end the program after providing appropriate notice.

Mobile information stays private
Castlepoint uses an enrolled employee's mobile number and messaging consent only to operate this employee SMS/MMS program, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
